Thai Yoga Bodywork is an ancient form of massage with roots in India and Thailand. The therapist will apply rhythmic compressions and delicate assisted stretching along energy lines in one of the most beneficial forms of massage therapy today. It is a great way to relieve muscular tension, increase energy, and improve limited flexibility and range of motion. The client is fully dressed in comfortable loose clothing during this massage.

Private Yoga Therapy is a one- on- one yoga session focusing on improving flexibility and range of motion, strengthening muscles, and calming the mind. This yoga session is customized to fit your specific needs and includes yoga poses, deep breathing, and relaxation techniques. This session can be more vigorous and strengthening, using traditional Hatha yoga techniques; or more relaxing and pain-relieving, using assisted restorative yoga and deep breathing techniques. This is the ultimate stress buster practice.
